Amid pressure pandemic, real estate developers must be able to maintain their business continuity through good marketing strategy. The study aims determine strategies carried out by housing during Sukarame, Bandar Lampung. research method used qualitative with descriptive analysis techniques. Four aspects mix theory, namely product, price, promotion, and place, are as variables study. Of four aspects, only product not affected conditions. Developers using same before pandemic. carrying new online media get consumers pandemic.</em></p>
